The Eye in the Sky is always watching the mouse pointer (or your finger if you are on mobile). I was inspired by @kriblo's excellent project (see below), which uses the fisheye effect in a subtle and very effective way. I wanted to try it out myself, so I did this.
Thank you to @Kriblo and @papipupepappa for the original project. In Japan there is a monster, which name is Hitotsume Kozo. It doesn't do any harm. But sometimes it appears all of a sudden and surprises people. It is similar to Karakasa Obake.
