Click the right pad to shock the animatronic (This decreases value on it, but resets their state) The recorder will play music that slowly makes progress, but this aggravates Endo-Springbonnie. You win when the progress is 100. Endo-Headless works different. He can't be audio tested, due to not being able to sense sound, so he must be tested by poking him with the "Test Rod" His agitation will increase when poked, but this also increases progress, as well as decreasing value. Not poking him decreases progress, but also agitation.
