@ papipupepappa's original instructions: The Eye in the Sky is always watching the mouse pointer (or your finger if you are on mobile). I was inspired by @kriblo's excellent project (see below), which uses the fisheye effect in a subtle and very effective way. I wanted to try it out myself, so I did this.
