I first discovered this in late 2019 on YouTube. The video is uploaded by OSD310, Osamu Sato's old YouTube channel. It appears to be named ABC.mov instead of Alphabetical Animals. At first, I thought this came from an educational video but when I searched Google for the thumbnail, it appears it came from Compu Movie. I couldn't find a full version due to it being lost media. As of 2020, no VHS tape of Compu Movie was auctioned on any auction sites. It may be due to the tape being self produced according to the old Compu OSD website (http://web.archive.org/web/20010218034359fw_/http://compu-osd.com/OSD/compu.html).
