Well, I’m in a bit of a pickle here.... I have two book ideas (both came from class assignments and I love them) and already started writing both... because I didn’t want to loose any thoughts or ideas. Then all of a sudden it hit me.... which book do I publish first and that people would want to see. One book is called to Enshroud A Shadow. (Enshroud: envelop completely and hide from view.) This book is about Alex Jussens and Gavin Hussley. They are two tenth grade students, in which one of them is deceased (Gavin) who are trying to find out what a mysterious and deadly force will do to the town if the demands are not met. While keeping the fact that Alex can see Gavin’s ghost and his accomplice, the two former rivals must get past their differences and learn to get along before they are exposed and the entire town falls into turmoil. The other book is based off the short story, lamb of the slaughter ( by Roald Dahl) in which I have to see if I can even publish that since I may have to get perms from his relatives since... he is um...deceased. Anyways the book takes place not too far in the future when a girl named May finally turns 15.. her birthday is May 3, 2013. Every single important date has something to do with the numbers 3 & 13. She lives with her demented mother, who has seemed to have lost it ever since her dad left a few months before she was born. Ever since then detectives from her dads job would come in and check on her and make sure she was safe. But little did she know there was something bigger behind this. Something that she would soon find out with the help of Officer Tanner, her dads closet friend, and sheep in wolves clothing. Yes... I said that right lol. The books is called The Hooded Lamb: Black Sheep THL is the book I got the farthest on since my teacher knew about that one... and then she got transferred so ;-; anyways... yeah, I need your help deciding which one I should do first.. The prologue to THL book will be in the notes and credits section. TEAS will be in the project. Have fun reading (just like u did with all of this XD) and please comment which one you want to see published first!!. To read... the code word is... The Rose Sheep

Description

The Hoodedd Lamb Forgot there was no prologue Ever since dad left before I was born, mom, though I never knew her before, has been acting strange. I keep hearing stories about a dead police officer who was killed 15 years ago, around three months before I was born on May 3, 2013. Since then, the year 2019-2028 has always been strange. The detectives and cops that were friends with my mom came over almost every afternoon ever since I was born, and even offered to help me with school every day. As a matter of fact, most of my memories are with the officers. I was a short 15-year-old girl with Tanner, my favorite officer, all day. I knew I was being watched by the others, for they didn't hide too well but, they followed me in the shadows, especially at school. I have never really come out of the house since I turned eleven. Mom, she usually stays in her room with the door cracked. She scolded me the last time I had come in there. I found this more than odd. So tonight, I snuck into mom’s room again and searched through Dad’s drawer. I found a note, so I decided to read it, to soon be deeply hurt. Maybe this is why mom is so odd and silent. I took it to Officer Tanner, who also happens to be dad’s friend. I apparently did the right thing. He has been watching mom, and he noticed she never touched nor even looked anywhere near dad’s work drawer. When dad’s autopsy was finished, Officer Tanner was "given" the letter to show it to mom. He decided to read it first, then ended up putting it in dad’s drawer, knowing she wouldn't touch it, but hoping I would find it one day out of curiosity. Well, I did, and because of Tanner’s explanation on dad. When I get home at 7:00 with officer Tanner, mom usually has dinner ready, sitting at the table ready for me and officer Tanner. It was February 3rd, three months before my birthday, and mom, to my surprise was in the kitchen, setting the oven to 400 degrees. “What are you cooking mom,” I asked. She let out a small chuckle, then wiped a small tear from her eye. She replied in a sad tone, “I’m cooking lamb dear.” Right then and there she smiles and glances at the spot where the officer, or well apparently known to be my dad, was found dead. She grabbed a massive leg of frozen solid lamb from the freezer. Officer Tanner’s face suddenly changed, he was frightened, severely. Officer Tanner, or Mr. Cosgrove, quickly handed my dad’s jacket and left. Mom yelled at me to burn it. Before I did, I noticed there was a label on it that read some kind of encrypted code. It must have been from the organization dad was in. I walked outside and placed the jacket on the brick campfire oven in the center of my backyard. I looked up to see a man looking at me, studying me hard on the other side of the fence. I felt more than uncomfortable, and when he walked away in a slow, creepy manor, I knew I was in potential danger.
