Press 1, 2, 3, or 4 to select costume. Costumes 2 and 4 have transparent rectangles which are larger than the visible sprite. In this simple test, I see no effect on the performance once it's running. However, I notice changing to costumes 2 or 4 (with transparent rectangle) takes longer than changing to costumes 1 or 3.
