Take all your opponents' chips or have the most chips after a set number of rounds to win the game. You can play with 0 to 8 human players and with a total of 2 to 8 players. If playing with 2 or more human players, cards are always face-down except to the player taking their turn provided that they hold Space or hold the mouse down over their cards. When it's your turn, look at your cards and the community cards and choose to either Call/Check, Bet/Raise, or Fold by clicking on the option. If you don't have enough chips, All In will replace Call/Check or Bet/Raise. The + and - signs allow you to change how many chips you want to add to the pot from the Bet/Raise. You can also use the keyboard to play; press C to Call/Check, B or R to Bet/Raise, F to Fold, and the Arrow Keys to change the Bet/Raise amount. At the end of each of the first three betting rounds, community cards are dealt. After all betting rounds, the showdown ensues and the player with the best 5-card hand from 7 cards (two pocket and five community cards) takes the pot. Each hand falls into one of ten Hand Ranks which determine the strength of each player's hand. When the game ends, you can review your performance through 4 pages of the results screen: Result, Detail, Graph, and Review. Review allows you to review cards dealt, bets made and chips gained or lost in each hand. More instructions are listed in-game. In addition, you can change one of three game options: - Starting Chips: How many chips each player starts with, from 40 to 200 in increments of 10; default is 100. - Round Limit: You can set the maximum amount of rounds the game will last, from 5 to 50 in increments of 5 or None; default is None. When this limit is reached, the player with the most chips at that point wins the game. - Show Hand Ranks: Determine whether the hand ranking of each player is displayed only at showdown (default) or always. Have fun with this game! Also, please play responsibly.
This is one of the popular, if not the most popular, Poker games around the world. This is a risk, luck, and skill game where the goal is to win all your opponents' chips by winning hands and betting smart by calling/checking, betting/raising, or folding based off the cards you're given and any community cards dealt on the table. One thing to note is that the colours of the cards in this game take the places as the suits in the original game. Also, spectator mode and offline multiplayer is available. 4th April 2021 Update: A new page has been added to the results screen. Go to it by clicking on the word Review in the Graph page of the result screen (the page order is Result, Detail, Graph, and then Review). This page allows you to view bet and pot amounts and the community cards or cards held by a player in a specific round; cards grayed out are folded cards or community cards that were not dealt. All in-game music, as well as some sound effects and voices, come from either Clubhouse Games (DS)/42 All-Time Classics or Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics/51 Worldwide Games. Nearly all other sound effects, fanfares, voices and characters come from either the Mario or Sonic games.
