Clever Sunny Cappicino A Short Story by parrxt Sunny Cappicino was thinking about Moon Noirfur again. Moon was a can-do smart guy with kind paws and fragile tail. Sunny walked over to the window and reflected on her warm surroundings. She had always loved nice Meep with its hungry, hollow homes. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel depressed. Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the a can-do figure of Moon Noirfur. Sunny gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a clever, wild, root beer drinker with fluffy paws and sweet tail. Her friends saw her as a buubly, great gamer. Once, she had even brought a handsome bird back from the brink of death. But not even a clever person who had once brought a handsome bird back from the brink of death, was prepared for what Moon had in store today. The drizzle rained like sleeping fox, making Sunny sad. Sunny grabbed a silver book that had been strewn nearby; she massaged it with her fingers. As Sunny stepped outside and Moon came closer, she could see the pongy glint in his eye. Moon glared with all the wrath of 7885 delightful clean cat. He said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want to be just friends." Sunny looked back, even more sad and still fingering the silver book. "Moon, okay," she replied. They looked at each other with stable feelings, like two drab, deep dog boating at a very energetic disco, which had lindy hop music playing in the background and two nice uncles eating to the beat. Sunny studied Moon's kind paws and fragile tail. Eventually, she took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Sunny in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Moon." Moon looked anxious, his emotions raw like a knobbly, klutzy knife. Sunny could actually hear Moon's emotions shatter into 5563 pieces. Then the can-do smart guy hurried away into the distance. Not even a drink of root beer would calm Sunny's nerves tonight. THE END
