This is old school 3D to bring back memories for some of the older folks here at Scratch. For you young whipper snappers, when I was a kid we didn't have any fancy graphics, sound or even a mouse. We laboriously typed BASIC programs into our meager TRS-80s, Commodore PET or Apple II computers with 4K of RAM and crossed our fingers that we would see something appear on the screen. Or if we didn't have a PC, we were typing our BASIC programs on a clunky teletype machine at a local University or Community College if we were fortunate enough to make friends with the teaching assistants. This "3D Plot" program is from my tattered copy of "Basic Computer Games" published in 1978. For those interested, an online copy of the 17 line program can be found here: http://www.atariarchives.org/basicgames/showpage.php?page=167 Now if I can only get "Hunt the Wumpus" converted to Scratch.
