"Ents are just Stickmen searching for their Stick Lady Loves" (^ If you get that reference you are my friend) Why do I always post my seasonal stuff a couple hours before the day ends? Haha well here is my Hobbit Day project. I got this idea in like June and I couldn't wait to animate it for Hobbit Day. I'm actually in the middle of reading the series right now. I'm almost done with the Two Towers and I'm really enjoying it. It's taken me quite awhile to get through because life has been pretty busy and I tend to stop and write a tune, add music and record myself singing every single song (and before you ask nO yoU canNot heAr). I love the idea of being an Elf because their language, culture and aesthetic is so cool but honestly if I were a species in LOTR I'd probably honestly be an Ent hahaha. Also fun fact- according to a source that I don't remember where I found and might not be that trustworthy, Tolkien based Treebeard after his dear friend, C.S. Lewis. Well anyway, enough of my blabbering, Happy Hobbit day to all you inner citizens of Middle Earth out there!
