We’ve all lost a lot of stuff. So just the other day, my fav flashlight that I saved all my money for, fell in the water. (Seriously, that flashlight was so awesome, it was still on after 2 hours in the water) Also, my parents lost one if their keys (they had a spare key btw) and we haven’t found it yet. Another example: Friends. No, not the show. Actual friends. They come and go. Seriously, one of my friends, I’ve lost him probably 9 times and he’s come back! They come and go. God never promised us stuff for full time, earth. The moon. Our stuff. Heck, OUR LIVES ON EARTH. Everything is temporary. But God isn’t. He promised us one thing: eternal life in heaven-not earth, heaven. This might be a short message, but it’s not to short to know: God is is the only thing to last forever. He will be by our side, wherever we go. He will be our light in our darkness. Some verses: “Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” Proverbs 3:6 ““I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”” Jeremiah 1:5 “We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed.” 2 Corinthians 4:9
