Colour pallet- white, black,dark blue and gray, MAake sure it is sad and have a message in your part. 5. No Gacha 6. When you ask for a part. You can only have 1 or 2 parts 10. The thumbnail is a contest, so participate if you want 11. AMV or PMV are fine 12. Must to be a remix of this project 13.
