This is part 1 of my story for the writing contest, Cottontale! Hope you like it! The story will have 4 parts. The rabbit on the cover is Mikko. Cover drawn by @DiscoKitty123 This story has a bit of violence, but not too much.
A rabbit called Mikko is shunned by the other rabbits in his warren because his father is a fox and his mother is a rabbit. Mikko runs away from his home one day, confused. He does not know why the loving rabbits of the Flax Warren would be so mean to him. One day when he finds out that he is half fox, he is torn and filled with despair. Is Mikko a carnivorous fox, or a long-eared rabbit? But maybe, if he is clever, he will find a way to live the best of both worlds.
