This is for fun btw, I just made it because I had nothing better to do with my time. Neo forms are basically a power boost for anyone, maybe remix this and show your Neo form, however there are rules for designing it: 1- Everything goes black with a slight tint of the main color to it. 2- the main color could be your power color or favourite color. You can even somewhat join these together like I did, I had green (fav color) with a slight bit of yellow (fire) 3- there are streaks that glow the main color picked (same with the eyes). These streaks will take shape into your main trait or power. 4- No mouth unless you have a big sharp toothed mouth or it's your power. 5- some wounds can have a main color glow as well (my eye scar has it). Other than that have fun making your Neo forms.
