Yes it’s more Hunger Games stuff- This is her interview outfit- She definitely isn’t the kind of cat to wear a dress, and not the kind of cat to wear a tuxedo, either. I ended up going with a crimson jacket that’s rolled up at the sleeves, not very formal, yet not too informal either. Also, yes, lots of earrings. She likes earrings. There’s also a feather necklace, referencing her tribute parade outfit.
