Click on the green flag... then attempt to move along the levels and climb the yellow ladders to reach the brown door at the top right. Watch out for the rolling balls though - they will keep coming! Thankfully you can jump over them. Controls: ← → move left and right; ↑climb ladder; [space] jump.
