B) the freaking tier maker logo is in the way >:O Notes: -honestly, the only reason why red-sole is in b tier is because she reminds me of peri from fire emblem fates, and this is coming from someone who hates x-blood. -Yeah um the tier list maker I used had two Emperors, one from Vol. 4-5(?), and the other from Vol. 6 onwards. Vol. 4-5 Emperor is in the "Irrelevant" tier, and the more genuine Emperor is in A tier
