Instructions

Deadline: September 19th, Midnight, EST . Team Battle! Only the top four teams will advance to the next round. Please do your best to work collaboratively. . . . If you have any questions, please ask them in the comments. Make sure to remix this project, or post your project link in the comments so we see your entry. . . Any kind of artwork is accepted, but photos must be heavily edited to incorporate design elements, otherwise the simply can't be judged relative to design. . Animations, games, or other interactive projects are also accepted, and will be judged in their entirety. (This is a change from last DD to better reward the contestant's work. Please note that they must still have clear and intentional design elements.) . . The judging system relies on three core design elements: . Composition: 0-10 points: This is the overall structure of the art piece, and how well the elements (color, shapes, lines, positioning, etc) work together. . Quality: 0-10 points: This refers to the visual quality of the artwork. Clean lines, aligned edges, visually pleasing. . Creativity: 0-10 points: This refers to how creatively the design challenge is solved. New or innovative designs will score highly in this area. This encourages you to make your designs unique. . . These scores will be combine into your overall score for a round, there are 30 available points each round. . If you submit an entry as a team, that single project will be judged with 60 available points.

Description
