ROCKY ROAD: Rocky Road was the bane of City 13 in his youth. A troublemaking, rebellious and boisterous gniver, he was always putting himself or someone in danger. Now at age 18 after having demanded his full name from his cousin, Piper Pebble Speck, he's grown surly and distant. While he still has no respect for the basic rules of the city he's lately been taking far less pleasure in breaking them. He flies out of habit and steals for the thrill of it- nothing more. There's no one he's doing it for. Rocky wants more than anything than to get out of City 13- but tales of death, destruction and dangers beyond comprehension keep him tethered. Well, there has been one gurvi- one horrible, lying, scheming probably dead gurvi constantly plaguing his thoughts. Rocky Road has not gotten over his fight with his childhood friend Wobble, which he believes played a key role in getting him banished. He seems to have convinced himself he hates him... but his heart is saying otherwise. Rocky was orphaned at a young age and raised by Pebble and the collective community of 13, and as such he’s well known within it. He takes a lot more than he gives, living off of Pebble’s wealth and power status as a Piper and instead channeling most of his bullying habits onto Pebble Speck. Rocky Road is furious with Pebble Speck for what they did to banish Wobble, and has been speaking to them as little as possible.
