Basically recolor sprite, if Blast Man's face is showing in that sprite, replace it with a visor and some lines, add the Triangle-That-Is-Definitely-Not-Copying-The-Red-Triangle-From-Reploids™, add some lines to the chest and shoulder, and... that's it. But who am I to say this, anyway.
