Okay, so I did this mostly because there were more people who wanted to join voice act, but either were too late or didn't get picked. But everybody that complies with the rules gets in! RULES (Just so it doesn't get crazy): 1: They are only a background character, so don't give them mega powers or stuff. 2: Try to keep it casual looking. Your character is just a citizen in Empire City having a nice day, when all of a sudden stuff happens. 3: If you want to voice act, I'll give you about one or two lines. That's about it.
