ok people i had worked hard for this to be a best modern OS so i can do Arcadia OS 39. i recommend to click it many times because you don't know how much lag is in your computer or Mobile. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- What i brought back a refined start button and dock. and windows xp vector themed wallpapers and the old music features and logos from ARCADIA OS 11 cupertino! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- whats new i added sound, translator, and vibrant colours and removed ee sound. and its a bit less simple and more games. there is the website that i will inprove arcadia OS for years! shoutout to @buddy92203 for the secret plan that will help it survive weeeeeee! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- i will add more soon before the fix of this then onto the plan at jan 2021 and this has cloud variables but because im not a scratcher so scratch hid it but its in there!
