I baked the brownies last night. It's like the first time I've frosted brownies, haha. It was some weird brand of mix rather than Ghiradelli or whatever which is what we usually use- still good, though! I baked the spritz cookies today in the last few hours. I love spritz cookies! You have this gun thing (NOT A REAL GUN. It shoots out cookie batter. XD) and you squirt out the batter into different shapes! It's so awesome :D The recipe was for SEVEN DOZEN COOKIES. Each of those pictures is of a different tray. Should I post more pictures of things I bake? Maybe a baking tutorial or something? Let me know! Edit 1/10/15: Added mini donuts that I made! I used a mini-donut maker thingy so it only took a couple minutes instead of real, fried donuts that take forever :P The recipe made 21 donuts and my parents ate a total of 5 XD I made a maple glaze, too. Edit 1/10/15 (later): Added cookies that I invented :P They turned out really weird and spongy, but they tasted okay. I call them [my name]'s Lab Cookies :P If you want the recipe, let me know, but it's at your own risk XD Then there's also a picture of this eggnog bread that I made. Basically, my mom kept making eggnog bread and I really wanted some (it was always for parties and stuff so I never got to try it) and so one time she made a bunch of mini loaves and said we could keep one to eat. Well, she didn't, but she promised that sometime this holiday season she would make eggnog bread. She didn't. So then we went to the store to see if they had any eggnog, a few days ago. They didn't. So I had to make it myself, with eggnog that was 'best by' a week ago XD And with a recipe that didn't make it taste like eggnog. It just tasted like.. bread D: 1/18 I made coffee cake, a picture I might upload later. 1/19 I made banana-walnut-choco bread, I didn't take a picture :P 1/23ish I made mini cupcakes, I might upload the picture later. The weekend after that I made mini cupcakes that were complicated and took forever and FAILED D: 2/7 I made scones- I kept adding cream and then they had no flavor ;n; 2/14 I made chocolate crinkle cookies! mmm My mom took them to the barn where her horses live, and everyone there loved them XD
