This weighted random number generator (WRNG for short) displays the contents of a hypothetical chest with randomly chosen loot. However, to balance it out, there is a "weight" on the things you can get. This basically means it is more difficult to get the better stuff. Also, there is RNG on the chest size, which is biased towards a larger chest, meaning you'll get more bad stuff instead of less good stuff.
