You can drag settlers and kill them with Drag+Space. It dies when it touches land during boat travel or colonised land. But you can't drag capital. That's all. You can press left/right arrow key for changing continent.
Asia, Europe and Africa maps are added Americas and Oceania will not be added I have no idea why Blue Dots dies when touching the sea while others dont.
