I think it was the awesome Pride Icon Creator project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/227280171/ The eyes are separate sprites with two costumes each, with an offset to the left and right, respectively. This is done to be able to distort the pupil and iris as the eye moves away from the center of the eye. I was inspired to try the fisheye graphics effect after seing "anime eye animation/speed draw" ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/292541758 ) by @kittycat526, and made this remix: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/420070837/ ...which led to this project.
