Have progressed on this one at last. A challenge to musicians and remixers out there: download, put your favourite tune, and upload again. The coloured dots I had used to "record" the music are just here because they are pretty - the notes are remembered in an array. Now all that's needed is back space, handling timing, bars, time signatures, chords and we're away ;-) Enjoy.
