Ident from Southern Television from 1975-1981. Southern started to deviate from a compass as an identity to just one point of a compass: south. By 1979, all television franchisees were told to switchover to PAL from 625-line in preparation of the 1980s. Southern would be the last to switchover, in 1982, as evident by the 625-line mark still visible.
