soooooooooo... um... My OC doesn't really fit the theme or art style.. yeah. I really tried hard to make it go with the Arctic theme. it's kind of ok i guess... yeah you can use it if you want but I'll understand if you don't want to you can also use just the backdrop or particle effect if you want... all code and art by me the end.
