When you beat gooper blooper, you find him on the island. He has amnesia. Spoiler alert: He's gooper blooper, but he doesn't remember until chapter 4. Attacks: Ink Throw. Throws a ball of ink at the target. it deals 1 damage and stuns the enemy Tentacle Rush. Uses tentacles to strike enemies 2-8 times. Deals 2 damage per hit. Dive Bloop. Jumps on an enemy goomba-style. does 3 damage. Deals 5 damage underwater Blooper Mayhem. Turns into gooper blooper and unleashes tons of blows. does 30 damage. This is unlocked in chapter 4.
Abilities: makes bubbles around mario, making it so that he can go underwater.
