This is dedicated to my awesome--but, in my opinion, sometimes too bubbly--best friend Honey Lemon. I really hope she joins Scratch one day. This was inspired by something that happened about a week ago, when Honey Lemon was trying to "jazz me up" for our team's trip to the movies. I had made her SWEAR to let me do my own makeup, but...well, let's just say that I got off without Honey Lemon's all-too-cheery neon pink eyeliner on my face.
