If the platforms don't spawn after the first one, just jump into the lava, wait a few seconds, then press start again. The lava is rising! Jump up the platforms and avoid touching the lava. It gets faster every 10 seconds. Survive for as long as you can! Arrow keys or WASD to move. You can jump through platforms. If you jump into the borders, you will come out the other side. You will be able to jump higher when the lava gets fast enough, because your survival instincts kick in or something.
