Caecilian Female Caecilian is named after the worm like amphibian. She has not very good eyesight. She burrows in the ground looking for her favorite prey item : mice. She uses her light in her head to see in the dark. Her scales are very sensitive to sunlight so she stays underground and in caves most of the time. Rarely she will come out at night.
