Hover over the keys to play the piano. Which is the highest note? The lowest note?
I made this for the Auditory Illusions studio! A long time ago, I saw an exhibit like this in a science museum. I always wanted to try to make it with Scratch, and I figured this was a good chance. Turns out this is an effect called the "Shepard Scale." After quite a lot of fiddling, I'm not totally satisfied, so maybe I'll tinker with it some more.
