Click the cookie to get more cookies, click the cursor once you get enough money to help you click, and same thing with the grandma. The top number is how many of that item you have, and the bottom number is the price. If you click the charity bowl you can donate some of your cookies. When the golden cookie appears, click it and you will get cookies from the charity bowl. There will be more items soon :) The golden cookie can take from a minute to an HOUR to appear :P MWAHAHAHAAA!!!!
