Just look at it. This is my first flat art, it isn't a parallax, I just thought it would be cool it it could move around the screen. Also, I put multiple layers so it kind of looks like the sun is sinking into the sea.
I used a tutorial, I don't know the exact one, but it was very helpful. Time taken: like 15 minutes This was a lot easier than I thought it would be, I came out expecting it to be the hardest thing I've ever done, but it actually turned out really easy, probably because I put like little to no details.
