The Dunta Empire is one that is far from Buvvo's reach, and word of its existence is taken as a childish rumor. What was so special about the Dunta Empire? Their mastery of something unique: Black electricity. This black electricity was a revolutionary discovery for the Dunta Empire. It became apparent that this form of power could be utilized to create very advanced technology... ...which helped with a situation involving growths of "white polygons" that occurred on several colonies on different planets. This black electricity acted as a repellant to the anomalous invaders, if used in a special reactor. But not all of these colonies were lucky enough to receive these special reactors on time. It was after these unfortunate happenings when the Fallout started using a new face, one never before seen by some of Buvvo's reconnaissance probes. It matched the Dunta empire's sigil. Not that he knew Duntians existed, let alone their empire.
