Move the player (Blue Circle) to one of the red dots. Controls are arrow keys or WASD. When you touch one of the dots, you will get a message which includes the time and date and also auto-updates. Remember, the scratcher who kills you is different for each red dot. Also, if it's less than ten minutes since the hour changed, the time will not be displayed correctly or pronounced correctly. There isn't really a way to fix that.
