Instructions are in game, the instructions will disappear after a time, don't worry. Run down below anyway: Use WASD to move, use ARROWS to look around, or press M once to activate mouse controls, for looking around. Press space to jump, and space again after some time to double jump. Hold Z to zoom and release to stop zooming. If in mouse mode, hold down the click to move forwards.
