rules max hp is 1000 max atk is 10000 (you can have a atk that does repeat 100 with that dmg) NO OP (which means no chars that look op'ifyed which are silly looking chars) dont edit sprites unless they need to be fixed giga is allowed dont change the back ground heal to full hp for all is allowed cus he does alot of damge
