IF YOU ALL ARE CONFUSED ABOUT SIGNUPS, LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR: The first 24 signups are NOT guaranteed in the camp. RATHER, the 24 BEST signups are in the camp. So you can submit a signup as LATE OR EARLY AS YOU PLEASE, but what matters is the quality of the signup.
