this is a new type of scrolling base that I am working on, it uses very simple code and a minimum amount of code, but, it still runs very smoothly!! use your mouse to steer from the front end of the car, the farther your mouse is from the car the faster it will go!! if you have any ideas or questions, say it in the comments!!
