Yes, I finally added an LMMS folder. I mean, there are a few sound effects, but whatever. If I make any new songs, they'll appear here, so check back every once in a while! (recommended check time: 1-2 months. if you click the flag and an exclamation mark pops up, then I've added more songs. :D) Feel free to put the folders (or any of the sounds) in your Backpack* and use in your projects! Just be sure to leave credit. *(in the Scratch editor, not in real life. It's physically impossible to shove a digital sound file into a physical backpack! :P)
