Use the arrow keys to move. R to restart Your movement is on a timer, so you must complete the level quickly. The timer stops when you hit the color blue, and starts again when you leave it. The timer speeds up when you touch red/pink, but so do you. You probably won't beat any levels other than 1 & 2 on your first try.
