Ok, so, I had a great idea yesterday: What if I mixed Voltron and Warriors into one thing? Like, what if the Paladins were warriors? Basically: Keith = Crowstar/claw Shiro = Shadestar/dusk Allura = Dawnheart Lance = Hawksplash Hunk = Heavybeam Pidge = Seedpounce Romelle = Flutterpaw/song Coran = Copperwhisker Krolia = Needlefang Oh, and spoilers. Yes, I'm basically just translating Voltron into Warriors. So that means translating episodes. And yea. Feel free to ask any questions you have for me! Also, yes, if you read the backstories thing, you'll see that Pidge (aka Gizmo) is missing her collar. Lance tore his off before they went into the forest after meeting Keith (aka Red.) Hunk still has his cuz he didn't want to take it off. Red and Lucky (Shiro) never had collars to begin with. Oh! And if you're curious why I chose the names, well: > Hawksplash. According to this WC name dictionary I have, the prefix Hawk means "Fierce; aggressive; strong; smart; good eyes; appearance of a hawk" and, well, his design kind of looks like a hawk. Also, he is a bit aggressive, soo...this was mainly looks based tbh. And for the suffix, -splash, well- it sounded good, okay? > Seedpounce. The dictionary thing says for Seed: "Small; intelligent; logical; analytic; appearance of a seed." and for -pounce, again, it just worked well. It also said "sneaky" for pounce, and with all the sneaking she does, I'd say it fits well. > Crowclaw. "Crow - Aggressive; reserved; secretive; intelligent; blunt; appearance of a crow." and " Appearance of claws; aggressive; good fighter." This is pretty self explanatory. He's all of these things, and plus, his power makes him a great fighter. > Heavybeam. Ok so the Heavy part is also pretty easy, and the suffix beam means "Confident; outspoken; strong; smart or clever." Also, it ties to the sun, sun is yellow, he's yellow. > Shadedusk. Ok sooo.....Shade cuz he's mainly black furred, and -dusk means "Calm; natural-leader." Yep that's Shiro.
This is probably the most chill description-wise out of all the projects in this. The others will be....a lot. So let's just go. This is just refs + territories.
