This is a drawing of one of my new characters, Malcolm! And just like every other character I make, *I am already obsessed with himmmmmmmm-* He's basically a smart, very well-educated guy who's life got turned upside-down when... ehhhhh it's really kinda hard to explain, but he's basically now forced to work for a secret group against his will He is almost perpetually various degrees of annoyed with everyone and everything around him, and he's pretty cold and distant towards others most of the time, often having trouble conveying his emotions verbally. And he basically refers to everyone who's so much as even one year younger than him as "child" because he feels like he's the only one who ever acts like a mature adult within his group of friends (to be perfectly fair, he is actually forced to hang out with them a lot against his own wishes so it's not like he has a choice in that matter) I know he sounds like a totally irredeemable jerk from the way I described it but I DON'T CARE HE'S STILL MY FAVORITE CHARACTER, AND I'M HIS CREATOR, SO YOU CAN'T CHANGE MY MIND- Fun fact: The way he pushes his glasses (as seen in the picture) not only makes him look even colder, scarier, and calculating-er than he usually does, but it also happens to be a habit of his that he does whenever he's aggravated (which happens quite a lot, actually)

I dunno, I don't need to justify myself >:/ ~Malcolm and the art I made of him are miiiiine So uh some of you might already know this, but I figured I might as well mention this to any of the people I RPed with that weren't aware, I'm stepping back from RPing a little bit. This is probably nothing new to most of y'all (I'm terrible with consistency, after all), and like always, it's not final. I just wanted to put it aside so that I could focus on a new ambition of mine: I'm actually trying to write something now :D Please, don't get your hopes up about this or beg for me to make it faster, just in case this never does get finished. I've set my sights on really big projects before, almost all of which I've never delivered upon, so please, don't be *expecting* me to release the book (or whatever) in its completed form. I'm mostly just doing this for fun, and I'd rather not to have to deal with outside pressure to get it done. But with that being said, I just kinda wanted to mention it because I've had a lot of pent-up emotions about this and I really just wanted to happy-vent about it ^w^ Like, Malcolm is meant to be one of three main characters (the other two being peeps named Charlotte and Yuna), and honestly, writing about them is just so much fun? I love them all equally... ᵗʰᵃᵗ'ˢ ᵃ ˡᶦᵉ, ᴵ'ᵐ ᵃˡʳᵉᵃᵈʸ ᵇᶦᵃˢᵉᵈ ᵗᵒʷᵃʳᵈˢ ᴹᵃˡᶜᵒˡᵐ Either way, no guarrantees about what's gonna happen going forward, but who knows? Maybe I might post small writing snippets or some animations about it, I dunno! Never doubt the power of overly-dramatic shading
