I finally made an oc! I hope you like it, this is the only one I will make but I might make some changes to it later on... who knows? I am actually short in real life, but I don't have elemental powers and I'm not 50% electric, 50% ice. CHANGES WERE MADE see the project called "changes to my oc"
I might use this for an animation if you voted for it(see my voting project) I can't draw eyes or hands or legs, so I use the line tool.
