Okay, so this is an animation challenge between me and @dawn1234. We are both making a Dawn with Piplup animation, so...yeah... I messed up on the spacing, but I don't feel like fixing it...I'll fix it one day... If you recolor the clouds than they will look kind of like popcorn...XD Is that a good thing, or a bad thing?
