Yes I know my Sharingan is not very good, but I tried. The little fire seal thingies are kind of hard to draw. It was worse, however, I went back and used the ellipse tool for it.
added a shuriken, 2 bells, and changed the sharingan eye. and I saw scraps of coding for and animation lying around, so... Enjoy! :) credit to FullMetalPon-3
