How this works is- there is both OTA and DTA designs. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 are OTA or offer to adopt, comment your offers if I don't reply within 78 hours then your offer has been denied fully, if not I will reply with 'Your offer is considered!' once I get probably 10 offers I will decide who gets the adopt. Once the character is your you can add details like hair/head floof whatever you call it, you can also decide what species they are, go for a cat, wolf or dog. 4, 5, 7 and 8 are DTA or draw to adopt, add your entry as a remix or else it will not count I apologise, I might just let you off though if you make a remix and add a link to the project in that :> Once there is, ten or so entries for a character then the winner will be decided!
